Can I link a live document or website?
No - Intelligent Evidence scans uploaded documents, not live websites, URLs, or files sitting on a shared drive.
This includes things like Google Docs, Google Sheets, OneDrive or SharePoint documents, and Dropbox or Box links.
This is by design: your evidence needs to stay accurate and consistent once it's been reviewed and approved, so we work from a fixed copy of a document rather than a live link that could change after the fact.
If you'd like to include something from one of these, simply download or export it as a file first, then upload it as usual.
