I didn't change my password - what should I do?
If you've received an email telling you your Intelligent Evidence password has been changed, but you didn't make this change, act quickly using the steps below.

Reset your password immediately
Go to the Intelligent Evidence sign-in page and select "Forgot password?" to reset your password straight away. This will lock out anyone who may have gained access to your account.

Check your account for any unrecognised activity
Once you're back in, review your account for anything unusual - for example, documents you don't recognise or changes you didn't make.
