Managing Your Subscription / Trial Limits
How the free trial works, and what happens when you're ready to move to a full subscription.
Anyone can sign up for a free trial, which lets you upload up to 5 documents to explore the platform.
When you're ready to go ahead with a full subscription, just confirm with us and we'll upgrade your account. This removes the 5 document limit so you can build out your complete evidence base.
Upgrades are handled by our team rather than automatically, so if you confirm outside business hours, your account is usually upgraded the following working day.
To help us find and upgrade your account quickly, make sure the school name and email address on your trial match the ones you used to sign up.
