My document is stuck in status Pending

This almost always means the page needs a refresh - it doesn't update automatically once analysis is finished. Refresh the screen and the status should move on to "Complete."

Analysis normally takes approx 30 seconds, but allow up to 2 minutes for larger or multiple documents, so give it a moment before refreshing.
