My document has failed
If a document shows as Failed, this usually means the file type isn't supported.
Intelligent Evidence currently accepts Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and PDF (.pdf) files. If something fails, try converting it to PDF and re-uploading.
