The key changes included in this release are:

New “Documents” menu – A new Documents option has been added to the sidebar, allowing you to view all approved documents in the system along with the evidence linked to each individual document.
Re-scan approved documents for new evidence – You can now re-scan an existing approved document to look for new evidence. This can be done against a different category or a different strength. Any newly identified evidence will appear in the Upload & Review section.
Delete approved documents – You can now delete an approved document and all associated evidence where required.
Live chat support – If you need help, you can click the live chat button in the bottom left of the portal to contact our support team.
Knowledge Base access – The Help button at the top of the page now links directly to our Knowledge Base, where you can find guidance and step-by-step articles on using Intelligent Evidence.

Upload & Review – Increased file size – The document size limit has been increased to 50 MB, enabling you to upload larger documents such as ISDR reports or your School Prospectus.
Upload & Review – Support for .doc files – Legacy Word formats (.doc) are now supported, alongside .docx. Older documents can be uploaded directly without needing to convert them first.
Upload & Review – Evidence strength visible – Evidence strength is now displayed in the Upload & Review section, making it easier to prioritise, review and process evidence.
Upload & Review – New “Completed – No Evidence” status – Documents now remain visible in this section even if no evidence is found. These will be clearly marked as “Completed – No Evidence”, allowing you to manually add any evidence if needed.
Alphabetical evidence ordering – All evidence is now sorted alphabetically by category in both the School Overview and Upload & Review sections, improving navigation and helping you move between items more efficiently.
Security enhancements – Additional security updates have been applied to further strengthen the application’s security posture.

Fixed: Upload & Review visibility – Documents were not always visible in the Upload & Review section while processing. They now move clearly through Pending → Processing → Complete, so you can track status at every stage.
Fixed: Generate Report – Peer Review flags – In some cases, Peer Review flags were not displaying correctly in generated reports. This has been resolved so that report outputs now accurately reflect the School Evidence area.
Fixed: Sign Up – MAT configuration – All schools will now be set up initially as School / Academy. MAT access will be configured by the Intelligent Evidence team as required.
