New Features
AI processing improvements
We have made improvements behind the scenes to the way documents and reports are processed. These changes help us monitor processing more closely and keep things running quickly and reliably as more schools use the platform. You should notice a smoother experience when uploading documents and generating reports.
Safeguarding Culture report
You can now generate a Safeguarding Culture report from the Generate Report page. It draws on your approved evidence from across the platform, including policies, leadership and governance, behaviour, attendance and personal development. For each key safeguarding area, it summarises your evidence and highlights areas you may want to review. The report is available for schools on the Ofsted state-funded schools and Ofsted Early Years frameworks. It is designed as a review aid rather than a safeguarding audit.
Small Changes
Document downloads for all users who can view evidence
Any user who can view evidence, including governors, can now download the source documents behind it from the Evidence Base and the Documents page. This makes it easier to read the full document in context. Uploading, deleting and rescanning documents remain limited to users with permission to manage documents.
Bug Fixes
Descriptor updates box on Upload & Review
Previously, opening Upload & Review from a yellow bar on the dashboard status chart showed the descriptor updates box on every document. The box now appears only on documents that actually need descriptor updates.
