Track Progress in the Dashboard

Get a clear picture of your evidence coverage and where to focus next

Evidence stats

Evidence categories

Back on the Home Dashboard, you’ll now see:

  • How many grade descriptors you’ve covered
  • Evidence by strength (Expected/Strong or Good/Outstanding)
  • The total number of documents uploaded
  • A breakdown of evidence by Ofsted area
Review Evidence and flag

Click into any section to:

  • View and open documents
  • Edit or add notes
  • Delete entries where appropriate
  • Mark standout pieces as 'Best Example'
  • Flag evidence as 'Peer Reviewed' (for example, verified by a MAT or LA partner)

You can now continue uploading documents to build a complete, robust evidence base. Use your dashboard to identify gaps and monitor your progress over time.
