What kind of files can I upload?
Intelligent Evidence accepts most standard document formats, so you shouldn't need to convert anything before uploading:

- Word documents (.docx)
- Excel files (.xlsx)
- PowerPoint presentations (.pptx)
- PDF documents (.pdf)
Each file can be up to 50MB. If something's larger, try splitting it into smaller sections or removing images - see Upload Your First Document for more on that.
If a document isn't recognised, converting it to PDF first often solves the problem.
If a document won't upload at all, it's worth checking your Firewall settings
