Upload Your First Document

1. From the menu on the left, click Upload & Review.
2. Click Choose Files and select your documents from the file explorer. Most standard file types are supported.
3. You can choose to upload against the whole framework or focus on one area at a time. Use the filters to guide your upload:
   1. Framework - choose the framework you want to evaluate against
   2. Top Level Group - select from the 8 Ofsted areas (for example Attendance and Behaviour, Leadership and Governance) 
   3. Strength - select Expected/Strong (2025 Framework) or Good/Outstanding (2024 Framework) 
   4. Grade Descriptor - narrow this down further by choosing a specific descriptor
4. When you're ready, hit Upload.
5. Your documents will appear as Pending while the system analyses them. This usually takes under 30 seconds.
   

In the free trial, you can upload up to 5 documents (max 10MB each).
